I believe education is a priority and, as such, integral to a person's success. My experience as an editor at the largest publishing house in the world gives me amazing insight into tutoring students. I went into publishing due to my immense love of books, writing, and reading. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Media Studies and Political Science from Rutgers University. In the editorial department where I work, I correspond with authors, write the back cover and book jacket copy for journals and books, and perform some light editing. With tutoring, I like to help students look at a problem from different angles and instill a knowledge of the big picture. At home, I like to cook and curl up with an interesting book. I have a keen interest in fashion and run a website about ins and outs of an "office-friendly" wardrobe. Essentially, I provide tips about what to wear to work. With over 7,000 views, my blog continues to grow. In my free time, I enjoy a good book, writing, dance, watching TV, movies, and fashion.
